Beef Steak with Mushroom Sauce and Macaroni

Ingredients List

  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1kg beef steak
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 sachet Knorr Fine Foods Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3 cups of water
  • Sprinkle of ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Knorr Fine Foods Tomato Sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon dried basil

Preparation

  1. Heat oil in large non-stick pan, then add beef slices. Fry it from both sides on medium flame until it turn brown. Remove slices from flame and put them aside .

  2. Add minced onion and sugar to the pot. Fry on low flame foe 3 minutes or until onion and sugar turn brown in color. Add water, contents of Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup, black pepper, Knorr Fine Foods' Tomato Sauce, thyme and basil. Stir constantly. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes .

  3. Get beef slices back to tomato sauce. Place them on low flame for 3 minutes. Serve with macaroni.
